Happy Pride!

Join the Nanaimo-Ladysmith NDP and MP Lisa Marie Barron for the Nanaimo Pride Parade this Sunday, June 11th from 11 a.m. to 12:00 noon. 

The parade route starts on Victoria Cresent, heads up Commercial Street, then follows Front Street to Maffeo Sutton Park where the Pride Festival will be awaiting us with food trucks, vendors and entertainment. 

We will begin lining up at 10 a.m outside Lisa Marie's office at Suite 103, 495 Dunsmuir Street and walk to our meeting point from there. Folks are welcome to park against the concrete wall in the parking lot behind the building (entering from Albert Street).

If you are interested in joining in the parade with MP Barron, please meet us at the office. The more the merrier! If you're not interested in walking, we hope to see you at the festival to support Nanaimo Pride!
